SUSTAINABILITY AND INCLUSIVITY
Are your products environmentally sustainable?
I strive to be more sustainable and kinder to our planet, by helping reduce waste and levels of surplus stock.
That is why, Alba Paris apparel, bags, face coverings, phone cases, hats and mugs are made to order. That means that every item of apparel, bags, face coverings, phone cases, hats and mugs that you order are created just for you. Making sure that I only create what I need.
Our t-shirts are printed using Direct on Garment inks that are water based, 100% non-toxic, 100% biodegradable, vegan friendly, unharmful and environmentally friendly. I use CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks, which are required when printing on children's wear 12 and below.
Because we only have one Earth and we better start taking care of Her, all apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology and the inks used are water based and eco-friendly. Our stationary products, pins and buttons are ordered in small quantities from my manufacturers or handmade to order.
For my greeting cards, thank you cards and pin cards I use Wood Land Carbon Code Premier Paper, which comes from environmentally and responsibly managed forests. For every tree used, another is planted.
All my postal and mailing items are either 100% recyclable or fully biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. And the plastic packaging for my pins, greeting cards, art prints, books and toys are 100% biodegradable.
Are your products inclusive?
Our products are inclusive.
I make apparel for individuals regardless of their size, gender and/or sex. In my store you will find loose, fitted and body forming apparel that everyone can wear. Most products are available on sizes that range from XS (Extra-Small) to 5XL(5 Extra-Large) depending on stock availability from my manufacturers.
Are your products vegan friendly?
Yes, all my products are vegan friendly. The glues and inks I use are synthetic and not animal based.

How long do you take to create your apparel?

That means that every item of apparel, bags, face coverings, phone cases, hats and mugs that you order are created just for you.
Fulfilment time for my apparel, bags, face coverings, phone cases, hats and mugs is between 2 to 7 days.
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes I do!
Excluding Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria
NOTE: This is not likely but during the pandemic, some countries might stop accepting or sending shipments due to their governments placing a temporary lockdown without warning, that might affect your order. If this happens I will contact you immediately to inform you of your options.
Will multiple products in one order arrive separately?
Some products might ship separately, and you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails.
Goods like apparel, bags, face coverings, phone cases, hats and mugs are sometimes made at different facilities and require different packaging making them arrive at different times.
Pins (badges), stationary, toys, books and and art prints ship together,
What are the average arrival times?
Because of the current Worldwide pandemic there can be delays. There are some unpredictable delays on all postal services around the World, that are completely out of my control.But below I have an estimate to better help you gauge when your package will arrive once you receive a shipping notification:
- APPAREL, BAGS, FACE COVERINGS, HOME DECOR, PHONE CASES, HATS & MUGS:
US orders: 3-10 days after fulfilment
Canada: 5-20 days after fulfillment
European orders: 5-10 days after fulfilment
Rest of the World: 15-25 days after fulfilment - PINS (BADGES), STATIONARY, TOYS, ART PRINTS:
US orders: 15-25 days after fulfilment
Canada: 15-25 days after fulfilment
European orders: 5-10 days after fulfilment
Rest of the World: 15-25 days after fulfilment
Will I be charged taxes/customs fees for my order?
Occasionally, additional customs and tax fees may occur on orders outside of the US, Canada and Europe. Since each country’s customs policy is different, I can’t always cover these fees at checkout.
Please check with your local customs office or on their website directly to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.
My tracking information hasn't updated in a while, what should I do?
If you received a shipping confirmation email, please allow 48 hrs before contacting us, as it takes up to 48 hrs for the information to updated on the postal service's website.
If your package information hasn't updated after 48hrs, even though it's rare, some instances occur where the tracking does not update due to missed scans during transit.
If it is past the estimated delivery date, please contact me immediately at support@albaparis.com, so I may determine if the package has been lost in transit.
I will take the necessary steps to make sure that you always receive your packages.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Can I return or exchange a product?
- APPAREL, BAGS, FACE COVERINGS, HOME DECOR, PHONE CASES, HATS & MUGS: Since this products are made to order just for you, I don't accept refunds or exchanges, unless the products are defective , you received an incorrect item or the package gets lost in the mail.
- DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: there are also no refunds or returns. (Unless specified by the law in your country)
If any of the goods you purchased are damaged or misprinted, please contact me immediately at support@albaparis.com To make this process go faster please provide photos of the damaged product, your order information.
What if my order never arrived?
If your order seems to be lost in the mail, be sure to let me know immediately.
But before you do, make sure you check the shipping confirmation email you received when you placed your order, and check that you entered the correct shipping address. If you made a mistake please email me at support@albaparis.comIf the mistake was on my side and I entered the incorrect address, I will send you a replacement immediately or issue a you a refund.
And if after contacting me, I determine that your package has, in fact, been lost in the mail, I will send you a replacement immediately.
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take 7 working days to appear back in your account. If you paid with PayPal refunds might take up to 30 days. I have no control over this timeframes.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your products arrive damaged, please contact me within 14 days and I will send you a replacement.We have a 14 day replacement policy, but if you don’t get ahold of me by then, I can no longer offer a replacement for free.
